We have a few different events available. Our showcases offer you the chance to explore our wedding suites and investigate the displays from our favourite suppliers.
Sunday, 10th December, 2023
Join us at our next wedding showcase, on Sunday, 10th December from noon - 3pm where you will be able to view our gorgeous Queen Anne-style mansion including our stunning private suites, bedrooms & beautiful grounds and gardens all dressed to the nines. You'll be able to see the chic styling of the house whilst we show you the options for intimate, smaller gatherings or whole-house exclusive use take overs & naturally feel free to ask as many questions as you like as you go round. Plus we'll have a selection of our hand picked suppliers who are all keen to help you create the day of your dreams.
For a small preview of how your dream wedding could be at Barnett Hill, please come along to our next wedding showcase. Our team will be on hand to give you a full tour of our venue and grounds and also answer any questions you may have. You can also take time to browse our carefully selected suppliers and gather some wedding day inspiration.
Wedding Open Evenings
Our open evenings are the perfect opportunity to get your wedding planning started. Make your appointment between 6pm - 8pm* with our dedicated wedding coordinators, a great chance to meet our team, view our beautiful venue and grounds and ask any questions you may have, ahead of the planning process.

Meet our Dedicated Wedding Team
Sales & Events Manager
Gemma heads up our sales & events team. She has previously worked in a senior role at Great Fosters, our five star hotel near Windsor before making her move to the beautiful Barnett Hill. Gemma is bubbly and friendly and loves planning weddings in the idyllic location that is the Surrey Hills. Her extensive wedding planning experience and calm demeanour (nothing gets Gemma ruffled!) mean that she is just the person that you need by your side.
Tori is one of our event executives and she too previously worked at Great Fosters. She is very friendly and hard working and always goes above and beyond to give our couples their dream - she has an excellent attention to detail, which is precisely what's needed when planning a wedding. She enjoys meeting our lovely couples (each wedding is individual) and of course the beautiful location where she gets to work everyday!
Liz is one of our event executives and has an excellent knowledge of how to run a smooth hiccup free wedding as she has previously managed weddings on the day itself - this gives her the perfect insight in how to make your wedding the absolute best it can be! Liz’s eye for detail is sublime making her a very competent event planner. Her favourite part of working at Barnett Hill is watching the beautiful weddings come to life. From the flowers down the staircase, to the uplighters highlighting the beautiful hallway ceilings, Liz makes it clear she believes Barnett Hill is the perfect venue
