We are seeking a full time Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Pastry Chef and our Executive Chef Luke Davis and his team of 10 chefs and 4 kitchen porters. The team prides itself on preparing award winning food for our conference, wedding, room service, Brasserie, Fine Dining and afternoon tea guests. Our contemporary Elements Brasserie opens for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, serving residents, spa guests and local patrons. Truffles is our stylish fine dining restaurant with a daily changing menu, overlooking stunning gardens and pretty sunny terraces. We also have a range of first class private dining rooms for private functions from 2-150. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, motivated individual with flair to join a progressive team of chefs. You will be providing a full range of menu items for our restaurants, functions as well as afternoon tea guests so this is a valuable chance to get some excellent experience. Previous experience within a quality kitchen brigade in Pastry is essential so you are able to contribute to the continued success of our food operations. We offer a competitive salary of £17,000 based on a 5 day, 48 hr week, with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
