Spa Escapes
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per person is required at the time of making your reservation and a credit card number taken in order to confirm your booking. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged in full unless we are able to resell your 'Spa Escape' at which time all monies will be refunded less an administration fee of £20.00.
All prices quoted are per person per 'Spa Escape' based on a double occupancy. A supplement of £45.00 per night will apply to single occupancy. A £50.00 cleaning charge will be applied to your account where smoking has occurred in our non-smoking bedrooms.
Spa facilities are available to all guests on a 'Spa Escape' over the age of 18.
Your room is normally available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 11am, after which time we can store any luggage you might have while you continue to enjoy the spa facilities at your leisure until 3pm. Please note treatments can be booked on your day of arrival from 3pm subject to availability.
Treatments
A pre-payment will be required for all individual treatments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise we will have to charge you for the full amount of the service(s) booked. We strongly advice all guests to consider insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of their spa treatments and relaxation days.
Relaxation Days
Full pre-payment for your relaxation day and add on treatments is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Relaxation days are non-refundable and require 7 days notice of cancellation at which time the date of your booking can be transferred. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the booking is unable to be transferred to another date.

Escapes and Spa Escapes
All Leisure Escapes and Spa Escapes need to be booked in advance, we would recommend at least 6 weeks notice prior to your date of choice for weekends, however please contact us for late availability.
All prices quoted are per person per 'Leisure Escape' or 'Spa Escape' based on double occupancy. All rooms feature en-suite bathroom and W.C., direct dial telephones, remote controlled colour T.V., bedroom safes, fluffy toweling robes and slippers. A supplement of £45.00 per night will apply to single occupancy.
Spa facilities are available to all guests on a 'Leisure Escape' or Spa Escape' over the age of 18, to include full use of the swimming pool, therapy pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Cybex gymnasium and a full timetable of classes in the aerobics studio. Face, body, hand and hair treatments for men and women are also available.
Accommodation is normally available from 3pm on the day of your arrival, use of the spa facilities can be enjoyed from this time. On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 11am. For Those guests staying on a Leisure Escape, you may continue to use the spa facilities until this time. For Those guests staying on a Spa Escape, your use of spa facilities is extended until 3pm. We can store any luggage you might have while you continue to enjoy any further treatments.
We respectfully advise you that we are unable to give specific appointment times for treatments that are included as part of your stay until the day of your arrival. Please note that any inclusive treatments may be scheduled from 3pm on your day of arrival until 3pm on your day of departure. For those guests enjoying the Utopia experience with friends, we will endeavor to arrange similar treatment times.

A £10 refundable deposit will be required for the use of robes. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear for the Spa and Gymnasium areas; however slippers may be purchased at £2.00 a pair from the Utopia Spa reception.
We regret Relaxation Days are non refundable, however we may be able to transfer the date up to 7 days prior to the date of your Relaxation Day. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the booking is unable to be transferred to another date.
NB: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SAUNA, STEAM ROOM OR JACUZZI IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR COULD BE PREGNANT, SINCE THE RISING OF THE INTERNAL CORE BODY TEMPERATURE COULD RESULT IN THE FOETUS SUFFERING ILL EFFECTS!
Treatments
The Utopia Spa offers treatments to guests over the age of 18.
It is advisable to book treatments prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
As a courtesy to our clients and to ensure you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment, please be prompt to your appointment. We respectfully advise all our guests to be seated in the relaxation lounge five minutes prior to appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, we can offer you a shortened service.

Vouchers
A wide range of Gift Vouchers are available to purchase for a Relaxation Day, Spa Experience, Fine Dining in our Truffles Restaurant or general monetary vouchers. All Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid a year from purchase date.
Elements Bar and Lounge
Elements bar and lounge is open from 10am until 10pm every day for casual dining, snacks, hot beverages and bar drinks. Table reservations are advisable.
Truffles Restaurant
Truffles is our award wining restaurant offering al carte fine dining. It is open throughout the week for lunch between 12-2pm (except Saturday) and dinner 7pm-9.30pm. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with a smart dress code. Jeans and trainers are not appropriate for dinner. Should any of your group have any dietary requirements please let as know in advance. Table reservations are advisable.
Smoking
Rowhill Grange Hotel and Utopia Spa are proud to advise guests of our non smoking policy in all areas of our hotel. Guests are invited to use the Garden Terrace should they wish to smoke. Please note a £100.00 cleaning charge will be applied to your account where smoking has occurred in our non-smoking bedrooms.
Pets
We regret to advise we do not permit any pets at Rowhill Grange
Langshott Manor - Booking Information
Reservations
We gladly accept reservations by telephone providing a major credit card is used to guarantee the room. Alternatively, a written confirmation together with a £100 deposit is requested.
Dining Room
Should you require a table in our restaurant, please book in order to avoid disappointment as our restaurant is very popular.
Cancellation
We would like to remind guest that a reservation (room or restaurant) constitutes a contract between themselves and Langshott. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the stay, we shall do our best to re-let the room(s) in order to prevent imposing a charge for the accommodation. 100% of charges will apply.(24hrs for tables)
Credit Cards and Cheques
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are accepted with a Bank Guarantee Card.
Helicopters
Can be put down in a field at the bottom of our drive with permission.
Arrival and Departures
Rooms are normally available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. We would ask guest to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Parking
Overnight parking is available for guests staying at the hotel or visiting our restaurant. Langshott manor does not accept liability for guests vehicles or property left on the premises.
