Exclusive Use events are whole-house take overs, which we specialise in. You'll have the run of the Manor for your party, with all 22 bedrooms.

 

Full Exclusive Use Hire Includes:

  • Run of the full Manor, including Private Rooms, Restaurant, Terrace & Gardens.
  • 22 bedrooms, sleeping 44 guests
  • Space for up to 70 guests for a sit-down meal
  • Space up to 120 guests for dancing and more casual cuisine

Manor Only Exclusive Use

Half House Hire

Manor House hire includes 14 bedrooms, sleeping up to 28 guests for the night, and run of the Manor House. Naturally, you are more than welcome to enjoy the gardens too, although they are not hired exclusively with Manor Only hire.
