What time can I check in?
Check in is at 3pm. We offer early check in at 12pm, charged at £50.00 per room.

Check out is at 11am. We offer late check out at 2pm, charged at £50.00 per room.

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 9:30am

Can I bring my own food and drink for during my stay?
No, we do not permit guests bringing or ordering their own food and drink to the Hotel.

Are there rooms that can sleep three people available?
We do not have any rooms that accommodate three adults. If you would like to book a stay with three adults, you have the option to book adjoining rooms. Our Junior Suites include a sofa bed which can sleep a child under the age of 12 years.

Do I need to bring my own bathrobe?
Robes and slippers are provided in your room if you have booked a Spa Treatment or are staying in a Luxury King Room or above.

What is your cancellation policy?
For Dinner, Bed and Breakfast packages:
Cancellation policy for this rate: a £50.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making your reservation and is only transferable if a clear 7 days notice has been given. Any notification of a cancellation within 48 hours will result in the full package price being charged. All pre-paid deposits are non-refundable.
For Breaks with Treatments included:
Cancellation policy for this rate: a £100.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making your reservation and is only transferable if a clear 7 days notice has been given. Any notification of a cancellation within 7 days will result in the full package price being charged. All pre-paid deposits are non-refundable. We strongly advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of your stay.
A more flexible amendment policy is available to allow for any unforeseen circumstances by opting for our ‘flexi cover’. This will allow you to change the date of your booking on one occasion up to 24 hours prior to arrival. This option is chargeable at £15 per room at the time of booking. Please note that Flexi cover is only available when the packages which are not fully pre-payable at time of booking.

Do room and spa rates include VAT?
Yes, all of our rates include VAT.

Do you allow pets in your hotel?
Pets are not permitted in any rooms at Rowhill Grange. If you have a small dog that is under 10kg, they are welcome to join you for lunch or drinks on our outdoor terrace and in the hotel grounds. Please view our dog guide here.

Can I use the spa during my stay?
Unlimited access to Utopia Spa is included in your package if you are staying on a spa break or if you book a 55 minute treatment. For guests staying on a room only, bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast package access to Utopia Spa is charged at £20 per person for unlimited spa time during your stay.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free parking available at Rowhill Grange. This includes designated disabled parking spaces.

Monday - Friday until 9pm
Saturday & Sunday until 8pm

Do I need to book treatments in advance?
We recommend booking treatments as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. You can book on the day, however there might be limited availability.

I have booked a spa break, what time are my treatments?
Your treatment times will be confirmed during check in, and can be scheduled between 3pm on the day of arrival until 1pm on the day of departure. Please note that treatment times cannot be confirmed prior to check in.

What spa facilities do you have?
Our Roman-inspired spa has two floors of luxury spa facilities. You can take a dip in the full length swimming pool or relax in the hydrotherapy pool, bubble tub and sauna. Steam rooms and monsoon showers are also located in our changing suites.

Can I use the spa before check in at 3pm?
The use of spa facilities is from 3pm. If you wish to use the spa before 3pm we do offer an early check in option, charged at £50.00 per room. Early check in is available from 12pm and will allow you access to all spa facilities. To arrange, please contact us in advance of your stay.

Is there a minimum age requirement for access to the spa and pools?
For health and safety reasons, any persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities.

Should I bring two swimming costumes with me?
We do not have swimwear drying facilities available at our spa, so you may wish to bring more than one.

Do I need to bring my own robe or footwear?
Slippers and Robes are provided in all bedrooms at Rowhill Grange.

If I book a treatment do I have access to the Spa facilities?
For guests staying with us access to the spa is available between 3pm on the day of arrival and 11am on the day of departure if you have booked a spa break or 55 minute treatment. For non residents access to the spa is not included with a treatment.

Do your restaurants have a dress code?
Our dress code for RG's is elegantly smart. We do not require gentlemen to wear a jacket and tie, but please bear in mind that we do not permit sportswear.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
We try our best to cater for special diets. We offer a Vegan and Vegetarian menu in both of our restuarants, however, for certain dietry requirements we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

What is the difference between your two restaurants?
RGs Restaurant is 2 AA Rosette award winning restaurant and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and A la carte dinner. To dine in RGs you must comply with our smart dress code. While we don't require a jacket and tie, we don't permit sportswear.
Elements Bar & Lounge provides a more relaxed setting to dine in, it is open for Lunch, Dinner and Afternoon Tea.

Due to the popularity of our afternoon tea, advanced booking is highly recommended.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
We offer gluten free afternoon tea, where our sandwiches are made with gluten free bread and the scones, homemade pastries and patisserie are made with gluten free flour. We can also prepare dairy free, sugar free or vegan afternoon tea. Available only if pre-ordered.

What can I buy with monetary vouchers?
Money vouchers can be redeemed against any product for the purchased hotel. No change will be given when using a voucher to settle your account. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used as a payment method to buy gift vouchers.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase with the exception of certain sale vouchers that are valid for 6 months unless stated otherwise.

What is the nearest train station?
Swanley train station is approximately a 9 minute drive away from Rowhill Grange. Alternatively, Faringham Road train station is approximately an 11 minute drive.
