The Cook Family Suites are without doubt the most luxurious combination of suites at Barnett Hill. Occupying the southern and western wings of the first floor of the mansion house, the series of four suites, all individually named, are truly extraordinary. Reached by the grand main staircase, which will be reserved for your private use, the four suites also enjoy the beautiful lounge and dining suites, The Chestnut and the Acer, which again is yours exclusively. There are two further bedrooms, both Comfy King rooms on the floor above which can sleep two adults each.
All of the suites named after the Cook family and the original architect of Barnett Hill (Thomas, Beatrice and Frank Cook and Arnold Mitchell) have super-king beds, beautiful en-suite bathrooms, regal proportions, sash windows and garden views.
Covering some 200 m2,you can enjoy private meals in The Chestnut and Acer suites as you wish, even having it stocked up as your own lounge bar. It’s all about luxury, privacy and service.

Overview
Our super-chic Courtyard is home to six separate groups of bedrooms, lovingly known as Paddocks. All of the Paddocks are arranged around the horseshoe shape of the Courtyard and are accessed via private entrances, making them perfect for a getaway with a group of friends or the fam. In all but our Cosy Paddocks, we’ll reserve a beautiful private dining room for your use in the Mansion House with our compliments, which you can use for private breakfasts and suppers, or just to lounge in and enjoy a few tipples.
At least one bedroom in each of the six Paddocks is perfectly suited to playing host to the fur-family as well as the human variety. The Paddocks are available for two night lets, and the prices below are the total price for two nights, including breakfast.

Perfect to stave off any arguments, our Swish Paddock comprises of one Splendid Attic Suite, two Luxury Super King rooms and one Cosy Double room. If you wish, we can set the Cosy Double room as lounge space for you to use together, so everyone can enjoy a super king bed!

The Best Paddock is a thoroughbred affair and boasts the ‘jewel-in-the-bridle’ suite, Master Suite 43, which stretches from east to west set across 50 m2. The other rooms include two Luxury Super King rooms, a Comfy King room and a Cosy Double. Master Suite 43 includes a spacious living area which you may wish to use communally, or we can set the Cosy Double room as a lounge space.

The Gardener's Cottage is set at the edge of the woodland surrounding the Barnett Hill estate, aptly named with garden and woodland views from all rooms. Providing space and privacy in spades, The Gardener's Cottage is comprised of four spacious double bedrooms, with the option to transform one of the rooms into a communal lounge and bar space. When used as four bedrooms, the Cottage sleeps 8 guests and a private space will be set aside in the mansion house for your exclusive use.
Inside the property, you will find four bedrooms (one Luxury Super-king, two Comfy Doubles and one Cosy Double), all with classic en-suite bathrooms, decorated in gem hues with bold prints, block colour McNutt of Donegal throws and Michael Northcroft furnishings. When arranged to sleep 6 in three rooms, the fourth room will be set as your private communal lounge and bar space.

The Garden Mews at Langshott Manor is a collection of five suites, with three connected via their private gardens. All of the suites are aptly named after famous gardens, and the largest of three suites, the Wisley connects directly to the Leonardslea. With a separate lounge, the Wisley Suite is a spacious super-king room, decorated in gem hues of amethyst with contemporary furnishings and art. The Leonardslea Suite can be set as a super-king or a twin room, and is decorated in exotic orchid prints in red velvet. The final suite on the ground floor is the Sissinghurst, complete with polished walnut furniture and a feature sleigh bed and decorative fireplace.
All three rooms on the ground floor have French windows which open out onto the private garden space the rooms share, ideal for barbecues and al fresco living. Two further suites are on the first floor, including the Spacious Attic Suite the Savill and the cosy double, the Wakehurst.
In the mansion house, we will reserve a private room for your exclusive use during your stay with us, complete with bar, for lounging and dining.

The Royal Lodge at Langshott Manor is a separate building in the grounds with private access and moat views, comprising of seven rooms and suites named after King Henry VIII and his wives. Sleeping 14 guests, The Royal Lodge includes two Master Suites, the first of which being the Henry VIII suite, with a private over-moat terrace, four poster bed, open fireplace and roll-top bath. Directly above is the Anne Boleyn suite, with its feature vaulted ceiling, fireplace and stunning gold & cream decor with moat views, which is the second Master Suite in the Lodge. The remaining rooms are Luxury Super Kings, decorated in our signature bold, contemporary style, and one (Jane Seymour) enjoys a private over-moat terrace too.

We'll even set up a bar for you there too.
Your bedrooms are all named after famous castles, and being positioned in the oldest building of the Langshott Manor estate you can expect quirky, original features throughout the rooms with some set across two floors, and one even featuring a four-poster bath! (the Lewes suite). Other feature rooms include the Windsor suite, which occupies the top of the tower with a spacious round bathtub and theatre shower.
