Barnett Hill has been undergoing a very exciting refurbishment since being taken over by Alexander Hotels and Utopia Spas in September 2016.

 Alexander Hotels and Utopia Spas are a luxury boutique hotel company located within the south of England.  Comprising of Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa in West Sussex, Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa in Kent and Langshott Manor in Surrey, Barnett Hill is the newest addition to the family.

 Since mid-September renovation to all bedrooms and public areas has been underway, with the majority of the main house bedrooms now complete.  Improvements have been sympathetic to the character of the building, with owners Peter and Deborah Hinchcliffe keen to maintain the venues historic charm.
