Featuring 25 treatment rooms including three couple's treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, indoor pools and a bespoke outdoor barrel sauna and 'that' hot tub, our award winning West Sussex spa is the perfect destination for an invigorating and refreshing break away from it all.

Nurture and fortify your body with heat, water & scent. Reconnect with your centre and find equilibrium.  We offer a range of bio-nutritional therapies from OSKIA of London and deeply aromatic treatments from Temple Spa, along with our own unique Utopia rituals.

After your treatments, spend the day unwinding in your soothingly fluffy robe while you enjoy a drink at the bar, delicious dining in our Reflections Restaurant or explore our 120 acre estate. We also have a separate Utopia Spa reception and concierge service, so come and say hello and we'll get you settled into your spa experience to ensure that you have the most relaxing of visits.

Please note that access to Utopia Spa is only available for guests aged 18 and over. Unlimited access to Utopia Spa between check in and check out is included in your package if you are staying at the hotel on a spa break.  Alternatively, add on a 55 minute treatment to your overnight reservation and access is included.  For our guests staying on a room only, bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast package access to Utopia Spa is charged at £20 per person per night.
