Langshott Manor, more a private house than a hotel, is the perfect choice for an exclusive or semi-exclusive use event in Surrey. Either with 14 or 22 bedrooms, and with space for up to 70 delegates to meet and dine, Exclusive Use offers a multitude of options to create the perfect business occasion. With a series of reception rooms which can serve by day as break out rooms and by night as spaces for pre-dinner drinks, along with acres of manicured gardens and our private dining rooms too, there's plenty of space to create an experience your guests won't forget.

Exclusive Use
Exclusive Use events, or 'buy-outs' are whole-house take overs which we specialise in. You'll have the run of the Manor for your business retreat, with all 22 bedrooms on a bed and breakfast basis.
All of our Exclusive Use events are bespoke and tailored to your exact wishes. When you hire Langshott Manor fully, you'll have 22 bedrooms to overnight guests and space for up to 70 guests for a sit-down meal/meeting, with room for 120 guests for more casual cuisine.
Exclusive hire starts from £7,500 + vat.
24 Hour Delegate
Although at Langshott Manor we are often booked for Exclusive Use events, there are usually dates available in the next six months that can be booked without the need to also book 14 - 22 bedrooms. On these dates, our meeting rooms can be booked on any of the below packages, for a minimum of four delegates.
