For al fresco dining, our terrace is first-come, first-served, and we offer The Estate Grill, Cocktail Bar & Afternoon Tea menu on the terraces in the warmer months. The Yew Rooms will be available for private al fresco dining from April - September, weather depending.

Book into our gastronomic restaurant, The Tudor Pass. Intimate and inimitable, The Tudor Pass is our unique fine dining destination, offering the theatre and excitement of a 'pass' without the noise of an open kitchen.
I have been lucky enough to sit in some of the best restaurants around the world. This is a rare, splendid, flawless, exciting experience.

The Estate Grill
Join us in the charming Estate Grill for a fabulous meal whatever the occasion. Our vaulted ceiling and open fire in the winter make a spectacular setting for the delicious brasserie-style cuisine served in the Grill. In the summer months, the Grill menu is available on our stunning terrace.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea at Great Fosters is a sublime affair, with delicate patisserie and light as air sandwiches served in the historic Anne Boleyn drawing room, which features an open fire and original Tudor plasterwork ceiling, contrasting with layers of fuchsia, plum and cerise velvet. In the summer months, afternoon tea is taken on the lower terrace by the moat.
