The Tudor Pass is our Michelin starred restaurant located in The Great Fosters Estate with only seven tables, open Wednesday - Saturday for both lunch & dinner.

This intimate restaurant is a new chapter in the storied history of its location, named to celebrate the unique interactive service style diners can expect – without the noise of an open kitchen.

Since July 2025, The Tudor Pass has been led by Chef Stefano Di Giosia, formerly of The Fat Duck and KOL. His dynamic leadership marks the beginning of an exciting new culinary era. Known for his passion for flavour, precision, and storytelling through food, Stefano crafts inventive tasting menus rooted in seasonality and locality, showcasing the finest ingredients — many grown just steps away in the estate’s own kitchen gardens and orchards.

The Wine Room at Great Fosters now offers an intimate and exclusive setting for a truly unforgettable private dining experience at The Tudor Pass.
Executive Head Chef Stefano Di Giosia now invites small groups, between 6 and 10 guests, to the Chef's Table, a culinary journey that showcases the very best of his craft.
Priced at £145 per person, all guests dine together from the Private Dining Menu.
Your meal begins with welcome snacks, followed by a 4-course tasing menu.
