This intimate restaurant is a new chapter in the storied history of its location, named to celebrate the unique interactive service style diners can expect – without the noise of an open kitchen.

Alex Payne

The Tudor Pass is the reimagining of our iconic Tudor Room restaurant with Executive Head Chef, Alex Payne, at the helm.

 

Alex’s signature tasting menu is inspired by classic flavours and seasonal ingredients, harmonised by modern techniques. Having worked for several renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay, he expresses his passion for food through his enthusiasm, creativity and theatre.
