The Drawing Room

Complete with a bay window, fire place, original tapestry, wood panelling and chandeliers, The Drawing Room is a seriously elegant space for up to 40 guests.
The Garden Suite
Perfect for up to 70 Guests
The Garden Suite can accommodate 70 guests for a seated supper, or more for casual dining, BBQs and bowl food and so on. When hiring the Garden Suite, the few suites directly above are also taken for your party so you nearest and dearest can stay the night.
The Feathers
Perfect for up to 12 Guests
Newly decorated, The Feathers, named so for the pretty patterns adorning the space, is a charming and bright room, perfect for up to 12 guests seated at a round table.

For bigger bashes still, Exclusive Use of Barnett gives you the run of the house - (almost) anything you can imagine is possible. From extravagant anniversaries with bowl food and a band to a birthday bash with wine tasting rooms and casino tables. Better still, Exclusive Use comes with 56 bedrooms for the night and a full Barnett breakfast the following day!
